At AVZA Move , we fully understand the importance of protecting personal information, and our Privacy Policy along with Data Privacy and Protection Policy secure and govern the use of that information.

We strictly follow the FIDI Anti-Trust, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy throughout all our business activities.

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for AVZA Move Pvt Ltd and its website: www.avzamove.com.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected via the business communications and from this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. transport of household goods.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website or other communication means, your information is protected both online and offline. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted via internet, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, Operations or Accounting) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment physically and data access wise.

Our Data Protection Practices will also delete sensitive personal information after use.

Updates Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on our site.

DATA PRIVACY & PROTECTION


Any information which comes under the scope of this policy will only be used to provide International Moving Services.

Personal Data - this includes but not limited to customer names, occupations, address, personal and business contact information. Details and value of home contents and storage locations as well as personal documents such as passport, visas, completed customs documentation.

Management - it is the responsibility of all our employees and service providers to comply with data Privacy and Protection Procedures. Accountability will be with the CEO Anil Jagtiani in the event of any breach of policy or violations.

Notice - Information will only be collected in direct connection with the moving services being provided. Our Employees, customers and service providers have been informed of this policy. Collection - Data is only collected for the purpose outlined in this notice.

Choice & Consent - Any customer ordering services from AVZA will be notified of this data security policy and consent with its conditions is implicitly given. Should customers not agree, partially or entirely, with the content of the policy, AVZA needs to be notified in writing before service delivery has started. AVZA reserves the right to cancel services in this case if personal data is required to fulfil. Any partner accepting work from AVZA will also be notified of this data security policy and implicitly agree with the policy and guarantee its application.

Use Retention & Disposal - data will only be used for the activity of the move and related services. Archived data will be stored for 365 days after which the data is deleted automatically.

Access - for all parties referred to above access is strictly controlled, any changes would be notified by email, or in writing with the data being updated by the file/contract coordinator. If a customer would like to access the personal information that is stored by AVZA, s/he can reach out to the responsible Move Manager.

Disclosure to Third Parties - Information is only shared on a need to know basis and is strictly limited to the services being provided. No information will be shared or passed onto any other parties.

Security for Privacy - AVZA runs up to date antivirus software, in addition all individual logons are password protected. The physical security of our offices is also controlled by locked secure reception main entry. The warehouse door is locked at all times and can only be opened by trained personal. Quality - the data stored is accurate, complete and relevant for the business purpose. It is checked for quality, checks are also used to ensure the identity of users and information provided.

Monitoring & Enforcement - if any individual notices a breach of privacy they should immediately notify AVZA Move Pvt. Ltd. Corrective action would be taken to ensure the security of data, further action could also involve reviewing access or termination of a user/service provider. Any breach and action would be escalated to senior management.

ANTI BRIBERY AND ANTI CORRUPTION CHARTER


AVZA Move takes a clear stand against bribery and corruption and abides by the charter:

  1. Never engage in any form of bribery, either directly or through any third party.
  2. Never offer or make an improper payment, or authorise an improper payment (cash or otherwise) to any individual, including any local or foreign official anywhere in the world.
  3. Never attempt to induce an individual, or a local or foreign official to act illegally or improperly.
  4. Never offer, or accept, money or anything of value, such as gifts, kickbacks or commissions, in connection with the procurement of business or the award of a contract.
  5. Never offer or give any gift or token of hospitality to any public employee or government official or representative if there is any expectation or implication for a return favour
  6. Never accept any gift from any business partner if there is any suggestion that a return favour will be expected or implied.
  7. Never facilitate payments to obtain a level of service which one would not normally be entitled to.
  8. Never disregard or fail to report any indication of improper payments to the appropriate authorities.
  9. Never induce or assist another individual to break any applicable law or regulation.

ANTI TRUST CHARTER


AVZA Move abides by the below charter:

  1. Never make direct or indirect (via third parties including agents, suppliers or customers) contact with an actual or potential competitor or other third party, the object of which is to engage in cartel behaviour.
  2. Never propose or reach an agreement, whether directly or indirectly, formally or informally, with actual or potential competitors, regarding any sensitive competition-related issues, including:
    • Fixing prices
    • Dividing or sharing markets, customers or territories
    • Rigging a competitive bidding process
  3. Report any indication or initiative of improper anticompetitive business conduct by an actual or potential competitor in accordance to your internal reporting procedure, including but not limited to, reporting to your legal department and/or to the relevant Anti-Trust authorities.
  4. Not to participate in a meeting of a trade association in which sensitive competition-related issues are discussed. If such subjects are raised during a meeting, employees of FIDI Affiliates must immediately ask for the discussion to end. If not, they must leave the meeting and ask for that to be noted in the minutes of the meeting.
  5. Ensure that all internal and external correspondence, including e-mails and texts, and documents, discussions and public statements do not contain any statements that might be misinterpreted by third parties or Anti-Trust authorities and courts in the context of a potential Anti-Trust investigation.
  6. Maintain independent judgment in pricing or selling of any products and/or services.
  7. Limit any information discussed during commercial negotiations, with or disclosed to competitors or other third parties, to that which is strictly necessary for completing or assessing the transaction.
