Cancellation and Refund Criteria
Full Refund: We offer a full refund for any booking cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled packing date.
Partial Refund: If you need to cancel your booking more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the scheduled packing date, you will be eligible for a partial refund. This refund will cover the cost of transportation and manpower for the job, with a deduction of 50% of the total booking amount.
